Examination and Consultation

The first step in the facial aesthetic surgery process is a 1 ½ to 2 hour complete examination and consultation by Dr. Evans, during which he discusses the specific facial aesthetic problems you would like to have corrected and, if you desire, he will present and discuss his ideal treatment plan for you. The exam includes a complete evaluation of your face and neck, photographs and possible x-rays. A written treatment plan with fees is discussed with you and given to you at the end of the consultation, whether or not you schedule surgery. The treatment plan can be altered to meet your individual desires. You are the one who makes the final decision as to what surgery, if any, should be performed.
